NATURAL ACTIVITIES TO KEEP NURSING STRESS AT BAY :

- Center yourself with meditaton.

 Do an actvity you love.

 Try to Engage in exercise as its has been proven reduce stress.

 Take a mental health day.

 Try aromatherapy.

 Eat healthy & fresh food, vegetables, fruits etc.

 Always try to spend time with friends & family.

 Have enough & sound sleep everyday

. Remember why you become nurse:-

 You choose nursing as a profession because you wanted to make positve impact in your community and help those in need

. Don’t be so hard on yourself.

Give yourself a pat on your back every once in a while- you deserve it!

 When you handle dificult patient or you are overwhelmed with a heavy caseload to take a step back & try to remember your goal, vision about life or career.
